In 2018, NEFEJ organized an Advanced Summer School in which 14 journalists from seven provinces were selected as fellows and had held an orientation for three days. They were provided knowledge on issues of environment, climate change and sustainable development. Upon completion of the training, all the 14 fellows were given assignments to produce in-depth stories. All these stories were published in various national and local newspapers.
